1.Booking & Change of Player

Advance Booking	Membership Type	Entitlement
11-15 days in advance	Chartered Diamond	Change the tee booking to other Chartered Diamond members or guests 48 hours ahead or within the reserved tee time, no cancellation fee; Change the tee booking to other membership type members or guests 48 hours within the reserved tee time, penalty fee RMB200/player will be charged. No-show or cancellation make within 48 hours, a penalty fee will be charged. (Refer to clause 2)
3-10 days in advance	All Members	Change the tee booking to other membership types (based on the membership entitlement) members or guests 48 hours ahead or within the reserved tee time, no cancellation fee; If no show or cancellation made within 48 hours，a penalty fee will be charged. (Refer to clause 2)
Within 48 hours	All Members	Change or cancel player list 2 hours within the reserved tee time, no penalty fee; Change the tee time to other membership types (base on the membership entitlement) members or guests 2 hours behind the reserved tee time, no penalty fee. If cancel or no show，a penalty fee will be charged. (Refer to clause 2)

2. Penalty Standard

· The member who book the tee time will responsible for the penalty fee involved.
· The member is requested to submit the proof within 7 days for any necessary requirement.
· In addition to the penalty fee, one –month membership suspension will be applied if the member has 4 times No-Show within 6 months.
· For booking made within 48 hours, if the 2 hours of Booking or Tee-Off Time is overlapping, the 2 hours booking time shall be final in case of dispute.
