Notice for The Aramco China Championship 2025 (II)

Dear Members and Guest,

From November 3rd to 8th, 2025, Mission Hills Golf Club will grandly host the PIF Global Series - Aramco China Championship at the Shenzhen World Cup Course. This golf tournament is not only a focus of the international golf community, but also highly aligned with the sports spirit of "Striving for Dreams and Advancing in Unity" of this year's National Games. 2025 marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the first time that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has jointly hosted the 15th National Games. The Aramco China Championship will add passion to this grand event year with high-level competitions and the athletes' spirit, and showcase the vitality and charm of Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area through the language of sports.

To cooperate with the competition, members and guests are sincerely requested to pay attention to the following matters during this period:

I. Course-related arrangements：

• Member Driving Range: Closed from September 1st to November 8th.
• World Cup Course: Closed from October 16th to November 10th.
• World Cup Course: Closed from October 16th to November 10th.
• From November 6th to 8th, no Chartered Diamond hours at Shenzhen Vijay, Ozaki, and Els. All members must make an advance reservation to enter the parking lot.

II. Vehicle control (Nov 6th - 8th, 2025)

1. Members and guests who come to play golf or stay at the hotel need to make reservations in advance and provide license plate information when making reservations so that the club's gate guards can release them according to the license plate number.
2. For members playing golf, the parking area is only in the front area of the Shenzhen Clubhouse and the Savana Wing. Those who arrive earlier can park their cars on a priority basis.
3. For members watching the competition:
   1. It is recommended to choose green travel methods as much as possible. The club has fixed shuttle buses for audiences at Exit C1 of the Mission Hills Mall subway station.
   2. If coming to watch the competition by private car you can enter from the west gate (208 post gate) or the east gate (108 post gate) of the club with your membership card and competition tickets and turn left. Park according to the instructions (Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis).

III. Locker room arrangements (Nov 3th - 9th, 2025)

1. The female's locker room of the Shenzhen Clubhouse will be provided for professional and amateur competitors players to use.
2. The Eagle’ s Lounge will be temporarily provided for female members and female guests who play golf.
3. Chartered Diamond members and long-term renters of the Eagle Lounge will temporarily use the men's locker room.

• Wednesday 5 Nov: Pro-Am Day
• Thursday 6 Nov: Round 1
• Friday 7 Nov: Round 2 & Music Live
• Saturday 8 Nov: Final Round & Prize Presentation
