Notice Regarding the Implementation of a Charging System for Parking at Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen

Dear Members and Guests,

In order to further optimize parking management, eliminate the long-term occupation of parking spaces, and ensure your parking experience, the parking lot at Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen will implement a charging system starting from 15 September 2025. The policies regarding the parking fee standards and benefits for members and guests are as follows:

1.Standard Parking Fees: RMB10 for the first hour, RMB5 per hour thereafter, with a maximum charge of RMB50 within 24 hours.

2.Parking Charges for Members
Members enjoy 8 hours of free parking for each entry. After exceeding 8 hours, the standard parking fees will apply.
·How to Access Parking Benefits:
•Register your vehicle’s license plate information through the "Mission Hills Golf" WeChat Service Accounts in the "Online Club" section, or visit the Member & Guest Relations Office at the clubhouse to register in person. Provide your membership number, the license plate number of one frequently used vehicle under your name, and a photo of the vehicle's registration certificate. After approval, the parking system will automatically recognize your license plate upon exit. Alternatively,
•Present your membership card at the golf reception, hotel reception, or restaurant outlet before leaving to enjoy the benefit.

3. Parking Charges for Guests
i) Members’ Guests with golf expenses can enjoy 8 hours of free parking for each entry on the same day. After 8 hours, the standard parking fees will apply. 
ii) Hotel guests can enjoy free parking for one vehicle per room during their stay; parking is free on the day of checkout until 6 PM. After 6 PM, standard parking fees will apply .
iii) Guests dining, enjoying spa services, or shopping at retail stores can enjoy 3 hours of free parking for each entry. After exceeding 3 hours, standard parking fees will apply.
 ·How to Access Parking Benefits:
Members’ guests, hotel guests, and other visitors can enjoy these benefits by presenting their golf expense records, hotel stay records, or consumption records at the golf reception, hotel reception, or restaurant outlet.

4.Benefits are not cumulative:The above parking benefits are calculated separately. Each time you enter the parking lot, you can enjoy the corresponding parking benefit, but the benefits cannot be combined.

The implementation of the parking fee management system aims to allocate parking resources efficiently and provide you with a more convenient and orderly parking environment. The policies regarding fee standards and benefits will be adjusted in a timely manner based on parking availability and market conditions.
