Notice of Short-Term Upgrade Promotion for Members’ Loyalty Reward Program

Dear Members,

Thank you for your continued support of Mission Hills! We are committed to our service philosophy: "the more you spend, the more points you earn, and the more rewards you receive." From now until 31 December 2025, the Members’ Loyalty Reward Program will feature a short-term upgrade promotional event! During this period, members will earn more points on spending in dining, hotel accommodations, pro shops, and spa services, with a maximum increase of up to 2.5 times. Additionally, the rewards in the Loyalty Reward Program will be more abundant, allowing you to redeem even more exciting rewards with your points. The details of the campaign are as follows:

  1. Points earned from the following outlets will be increased:
    1. Dining consumption at Shenzhen/Dongguan clubs (excluding Mountain Cafe and World Kitchen) earns double points, i.e., RMB 1 = 2 points.
    2. Dongguan Hotel room consumption earns 2.5 times the points, i.e., RMB 1 = 2.5 points.
    3. Pro Shop consumption earns 1.5 times the points, i.e., RMB 1 = 1.5 points.
    4. Dongguan Spa consumption earns double points, i.e., RMB 1 = 2 points.
    5. Consumption during a member's birthday month earns double points, i.e., RMB 1 = 2 points (above items 1.1- 1.4 do not apply).
  2. Members who organize a birthday party (30 people or more) or a birthday-themed golf tournament at the club during their birthday month can earn points. This must be coordinated and arranged with the marketing sales department, and the birthday member must settle the bill in person after the event; it cannot be charged to the member’s monthly account. (Participating in someone else's organized golf tournament during the member's birthday month does not earn points.)
  3. The bonus point accumulation begins from 1 January to 31 December of every calendar year, and points do not carry over into the next year.
  4. Gifts redemption can be made from the validity period of points throughout the year until 30 June of the following year. The validity period for redeemed gifts is 90 days from the date of redemption.
  5. The above Members’ Loyalty Reward Program is valid from July to December 2025. Updates will be based on the latest notice from the club.
  6. Payments for meeting, banqueting, tournaments and events, special packages and promotional offers, monthly membership fees, property management and utilities fees, property purchases or any related transactions are not eligible for the Members’ Loyalty Reward Program.
  7. Mission Hills Golf Club/Mission Hills Country Club reserves the final right of decision on all matters and disputes concerning this program.
