The instructional philosophy of the Mission Hills Tennis Academy focuses on bringing out the best results in players by promoting a well-structured tennis and physical fitness program combined with a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The academy puts players through the Periodization Training Program, which systematically controls and changes the volume, intensity, frequency, and duration of training and competition.
The benefits of the Periodization Training Program are:

The Mission Hills Tennis Academy is set within Asia’s largest tennis complex featuring 51 tennis courts. The facility hosted the David Cup in 1999.

As part of the Mission Hills Country Club – one of four clubhouses that make up the massive Mission Hills resort complex, the Mission Hills Tennis Academy is linked to a range of 5-star facilities and amenities, including accommodation, spas, various sports and fitness facilities, pro shops and a choice of restaurants.

The Mission Hills Country Club and Tennis Academy are serviced by a regular shuttle bus from the Hong Kong border and can be reached within 30 minutes from the border or Shenzhen’s Central Business District.
