Mission Hills

In light of the relative expense of golf and current lack of junior tournaments in China, Mission Hills has announced the creation of the Mission Hills Golf Series Junior Tour.

Starting in January 2010, this series of tournaments strives to make the game of golf more accessible to a wider sector of the population. The Tour is sanctioned by the Guangdong Golf Association and organized in partnership with the Hong Kong Golf Association, Faldo Series Asia, and the China Athlete Education Foundation (CAEF). Endorsed by The R&A and Asia Pacific Golf Confederation (APGC).

From 2011 to 2012, Mission Hills Golf Series Junior Tour would divide into 2 seasons every half year considered as one season. Junior’s ages 9 to 18 can participate in the competition of 18-hole gross & net stroke-play tournament, after six months, a 36-hole seasonal final will be held for top performers.

Winner from seasonal final will be invited to Mission Hills Golf Series Junior Grand Final. Winner from each categories of Golf Series Junior Grand Final will gain ticket to play in Faldo Series Asia China Championship, and Faldo Series Grand Final.
