Mission Hills China regularly hosts some of the world’s biggest golf events and players on its courses. It is committed to bringing China to the world and the world to China via an annual series of tournaments aimed both at cultivating the stars of tomorrow, and showcasing the game at its present height.

In 2007, the Omega Mission Hills World Cup began a new and exciting era in the history of the event, when Mission Hills China secured an unprecedented agreement to host 12 editions of the tournament.
The World Cup represents the highest level of team competition in golf, earning its nickname as the “Olympics of Golf”. It is a four-day team event featuring a four-ball (better-ball) format on days one and three, and a foursomes (alternate shot) format on days two and four.   Click for more detail

Haikou, Hainan, China – Mission Hills China announced today it will host a new ladies professional golf tournament - the World Ladies Championships (WLC).
It will be played on Mission Hills Hainan’s Vintage Course, 2-4 March, 2012 and hosted by the China Golf Association (CGA) and Department of Culture of Radio, Television, Publication and Sports of Hainan Province. With the inaugural World Ladies Championship, Mission Hills Group will have staged a ‘grand slam’ of major events in all competition formats.   Click for more detail

World Celebrity Pro-Am Tournament

Mission Hills pioneered the only international Pro-Am in Asia-Pacific region in 2010, which became one of the three professional amateur matches racing in the world, side by side with United States Pro-am Pebble Beach, Pebble Beach National Pro-am and Britain's Dunhill Championship. Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am 2012 will be held from Oct 19th-21th in Haikou. Top golf players, international superstars from all over the world will be present. You can enjoy this great event at that time.

The ISPS Handa Senior World Championship presented by Mission Hills as an exciting new feature on the 2011 European Senior Tour schedule. The new event, co sanctioned by the European Senior Tour and Chinese Golf Association, which was played on the World Cup Course, Mission Hills, Shenzhen, on March 11-13,2011 and represented the Senior Tour’s first visit to China, with a prize fund of US$350,000.   Click for more detail

GOODWILL TROPHY

Goodwill Trophy Golf Tournament was held on 29 Nov, 2005. The tournament was organized by the Mission Hills and Celtic Manor, which signed reciprocal arrangement with the club. The games took the form of dual meet. The players participated in Ryder Cup earlier had a chance to stand up against top players from other continents. The two clubs took turns to host the tournament, with the first one held at the Mission Hills in November 2006 and the second one was held in June in UK.

DYNASTY CUP TROPHY

Dynasty Cup was co-hosted by the Asian PGA and Japan golf tour organization. Asia’s first “Ryder Cup” - the Inaugural Dynasty Cup – held at Mission Hills. Mission Hills hosted this first class Asia Tournament for three consecutive years,since 2003. The Ryder-Cup style tournament, to be played on a biennial basis, will feature 12-man teams representing the Japan Golf Tour and the Asian Tour. The First Dynasty Cup held at the world's largest golf club, Mission Hills Golf Club.
